Locally sourced ingredients and fresh organic produce make up a large part of our kitchen requirements and daily menu offerings. To qualify and be endorsed as our supplier, we require the local farmers to undergo free training in employing a standardized, 100% organic production process. Part of this process involves education on the production of worm farms, composting, making use of all natural fertilisers and eliminating the use of harmful pesticides. This ensures that the local growers of yielding consistent, high quality harvests and also gives them the means to benefit from greener, more responsible and profitable way of farming.

Long before modern medicine have given us relief from various maladies, our ancestors lived and thrived using only various substances and resources that can be found in their native surroundings. At One Nature, we make efforts to revive this time-tested organic practice and turn it to an income generating activity. This programme will include lessons on how to combine traditional knowledge with modern practices to produce basic personal care products such as lotions and soaps using ingredients that are grown on-site or can be found within the local environment.

“
Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.
“
The Earth will not continue to offer its harvest, except with faithful stewardship. We cannot say we love the land and then take steps to destroy it for use by future generations.
