The One Nature Foundation was established to help curb the effects of ongoing threats to the environment and the traditional communities that surround these wilderness areas. We are focused on three areas of concern — Sustainability, Conservation and Community.
We advocate the support of existing platforms and have also initiated programmes of our own which address issues that fall within the parameters of the One Nature ‘Triangle of Influence’. This is embodied in our corporate slogan “One People. One Planet. One Nature.”
We believe in giving the people in our family of communities the tools and funded platforms to create a sustainable livelihood. Communities can enjoy a better quality of life and simultaneously conserving and protecting the natural resources.
Platforms include initiatives that provide education, skills training, health services, clean water projects and provisions for tools & equipment that uses alternative sources of energy.
No amount of economic or social development can succeed without a healthy environment supporting it. This is what drives our commitment to support and implement programmes that produces the best and smartest ecological impact. From community tree planting projects to global conservation campaigns, our purpose remains the same — to protect the environment and create a sustainable framework that ensures a long-term regenerative supply of the wildlife and our natural resources.
We understand that maintaining the balance between economy and ecology is essential for the success of any developmental endeavour. This is why fostering and protecting the symbiotic relationship between the community and the environment is and will always remain at the forefront of all our foundation initiatives. By providing communities with earth friendly equipment and tools like solar cookers and solar panelling in schools as well as training them on how to augment their income through sustainable practices like beekeeping and silkworm farming, we hope to keep them invested in the long-term need to keep protecting the environment that nurtures them.
You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of a difference you want to make.

The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.

We firmly believe that we do not own this earth. On the contrary, we are only here to be its caretakers for future generations.
